This week the MegaSite features WebPainter for Windows 95/NT from Totally Hip Software Inc., Vancouver, Canada. The product allows users to create animation for their Web sites. This is a beta 1 copy of WebPainter and the final version, priced at $99, will be available in September. It will have a three-month introductory price of $49.94.
